jailer travelling through the west
Was stopped by Deadshot Jim;
Relieved
of all his cash because
Jim had the drop on him.
A
few years later Jim was caught, –
The jailer saw ‘twas him;
And
when he sipped the fatal noose,
He had the drop on Jim.
