Nixon is a poet true,
Interesting through and through;
Xcellent the verse he sings,
Only strikes the sweetest strings,
Never spoils a note, by jings!
What a joy to hear him read,
Always hits the spot indeed;
Touching tender chords that start
Every well spring in my heart,
Reaching from the earth to sky.
Mellow-voiced and purpose high;
Always singing of the best
Neatly using quip and jest.
