Skidimidink
and Skidimidee
Are
just as funny as they can be;
They
live together close under the hill
Way
off in the woods where all is still.
Skidimidink
and Skidimidee
Are
two little brothers of high degree;
And
wonderful brothers are they, I think,
Both
Skidimidee and Skidimidink.
Skidimidink
and Skidimidee
Quarreled
one day and couldn’t agree,
So
Skidimidee he went far away
And
lived by himself for many a day.
Now
Skidimidee quite lonesome grew,
And
Skidimidink felt lonesome too;
So
Skidimidee came home one day
And
said he was sorry he ran away.
Now
Skidimidink and Skidimidee
Are
just as happy as they can be;
And
that is all I’ll tell, I think,
Of
Skidimidee and Skidimidink.
