Love’s Eyes

I only see thro’ Love’s eyes,

     And everything is fair;

Love’s highways and Love’s byways,

     For Love is always there.

I only see thro’ Love’s eyes,

     I cannot go astray;

Love knoweth me, Love showeth me,

     Love only knows the way.

I only see thro’ Love’s eyes,

     Mine own are blinded long;

Love chideth me, Love guideth me,

     Love fills my life with song.
