Cruel Doubt

She plays with ease upon the keys
     Of our grand square pianner;
Also upon a Remington
     And in a lively manner.

And as I gaze upon her face,
     Where oft my fond eyes tarry,
I fear might she play thus on me,
     If ever we should marry.
