That’s The Way

                                                        – A Parody –

Just a little every day,

     That’s the way.

Smoking poisoned cigarettes,

Then to chewing soon he gets,

Never stopping till he bets;

One step farther every day,

     That’s the way.

Just a little every day,

     That’s the way.

Drinking beer which “harms him not”,

Common sense is soon forgot;

“Harmless” drinks don’t reach the spot,

Then he dies a drunken sot,

Caused by never saying nay,

One step farther every day,

     That’s the way.
