I cannot see the reason why

      T.R. should have it all;

Why he is nick-named in the press

      So very pat and small.

Of course, B’rer Taft’s a larger man,

      As anyone might see;

But if T.R. can be T.R.,

      Why can’t B’rer Taft B. T.?
