I’ve bought my seed,
I’ve
got my plow;
And all I need
Is summer now.
I like to leap
and
hoe my corn,
While others sleep
At
early morn.
I like to whack
And
hoe the weeds
It gives my back
Just
what it needs.
Until I strike
weeds
thick as fun;
And then I like
To
hire it done.
