Tell
those bards to take a rest,
Daisy Bliss;
Do
just what you think is best,
Pretty Sis’;
Follow
out your own idée
In
the matter of kissee –
But
I know what it will be,
Daisy Bliss.

There appears to have been a collection of ‘Daisy
Bliss’ rhymes published throughout the country, the following from the Timaru
Herald, Saturday, July 9, 1910. I’m not sure of the story behind them. An
article was pasted above this lyric, but is no longer there.
